I have worked inside companies as they went from thousands of users to millions, where the design that got them started stopped being the one that could carry them. That work is rarely a clever rewrite. It is finding what gives way first, fixing it in the right order, and keeping the thing running while you do.

We took a full banking product, paired with a pre-paid Visa card, from alpha to beta to general availability in twelve months and launched it into a crowded US consumer market. It reached tens of thousands of users, and we never had an outage of our own making.

I have spent fifteen years in software — mobile and web applications, public APIs, high-traffic sites, and the infrastructure underneath them. I have worked with startups in Montreal, New York and San Francisco, lived in a few of those cities, and found my way back home to Montreal. Luna IT Consulting is how I bring that experience to smaller businesses who need it but cannot hire for it.
